If he was 20/21 I think I’d be more excited, but a player who should be hitting his prime with those stats is a little disappointing

I was hoping for either Doyle or Harwood-Bellis but think HB is destined for Burnley or another PL side. This is a great move, more young and exciting players through the door please. Hope we look a little further afield than just PL teams this summer though, not been many concrete links beyond it

Any manager can / could succeed or fail. I’d rather take the best manager in the world’s assistant than Steven Gerrard. Not everyone is going to be happy with any decision the club makes, but at least this one feels fresh and interesting. If it doesn’t work we move on but it shows ambition and a clear desire to change what we’ve had for the past 12 months.

Just a sign of how little I’ve watched of the EFL since promotion, how does broadcasting work nowadays? I know there is the highlight show on Channel 5 or something, but are most / all games broadcast live across the world if not in UK or are we looking at a lot of radio again? I know there has been a landmark deal for 24/25 but hopefully we won’t have to worry much about that anyway

Seeing it as a massive opportunity. The squad has been stale and our depth has been poor for a few seasons. Getting new blood in, maybe bringing in some of the youngsters like Brunt and Braybrooke when fit, would be uplifting to all of us as fans

I think there are some positives to take - 27 shots, albeit of a poor quality is good. Vic looks level headed and strong already, thought the return of KDH and Maddison together was strong, although Madders didn’t do loads.
