Vardy and Youngs leaving to start a podcast

I think it's time to see Vardy for what he can be for us, a Heskey or Lineker that becomes either an Ambassador or Coach or pundit that can shine a light on the club. He might not play 90 minutes a week for us for much longer but he'll never, ever not be part of this club whatever he chooses to do next.

I know he's not the finished article but BEK is really fun to watch sometimes. Hope we can keep hold of him for next year

Out of interest who are the exciting teams to go and watch around Leicestershire? Used to pop down to Oadby a few times a season but they’re gone now.

Don’t really know where to write this but here goes. Been a season ticket holder since 2011, never felt more disconnected and disinterested in not just the club but the sport in general. Really finding very little joy in it. I always went with my old man to the games and he passed in the summer so its been a transition anyway, but when it feels like the club you love has become a shell of what you loved I just really can’t be arsed anymore. Sign 3 players (unlikely) today and we might stay up, if we don’t we probably won’t. So what? We’ll muck it up next season with incompetence running through the club. Ignorant, short sighted decision making, embarrassing excuses and pathetic showings on and off the pitch, I’m glad my Dad doesn’t have to sit through this anymore.

There does seem to be quite a consistent level of being unsurprised by signings recently. Passing no judgement on this guy he’ll get the opportunity to impress, but we all knew that Okoli Decordova Reid Skipp would be poor and they have been poor. Would love for this to be a situation where we’re all a bit unsure and get proven wrong

Finding good local food vendors is so easy in Leicester. Just look at the Last Friday thing at LCB Depot, about 7/8 new vendors every month, for a much smaller crowd than 32,000

I don’t think these would be relegation saving signings but seeing Ipswich get Szmodics, Phillips and Broja at least gives them a chance, with only £10m on actual transfer fees.
