I don't think it'll take 2 years, you assume we have the parachute payment to rely on. The club have already secured a loan against that payment. So it's already allocated. If this is the case, administration might happen next season. I just can't see anyone mad enough to take the amount of debt on. Also building a squad, if there is money, would be harder to assemble as well. Bleak outlook

Oh I agree, new owners needed, but I think we have to at least try to avoid relegation (however unlikely it will be) so at least we have a better chance of having a club for someone to buy. I don't really fancy starting non league. What a complete joke we are.

But the only major concern is bankruptcy. That happens, we won't have a club at all and that'll be devastating. We have borrowed money against the parachute payments that would keep us alive in League One, from what I understand from others. Though there is a chance I have understood that wrong, but that is what the impression I get. Would relegation be worth the risk? I agree King Power/Tops time is over, and we need a change, but if rather do it with a club still here to support.

Ice never been convinced by Gerrard as a manager to be honest. Just because he was a great player, doesn't make him a great manager. He might attract the players, but if he's tactically inept, then it's pointless. He's not the answer, and I'd prefer someone who has been there before. Look how RvN turned out.
