  1. That’s quite possibly the worst decision I’ve ever seen. VAR backing it up after watching a replay is absolutely sickening too. It really does make you wonder what goes on behind the scenes.
  2. That could be a huge result for us if 5th place secures Champions League. I feel more nervous about Monday than for any game we’ve played this season.
  3. Agree. Chelsea winning that game, especially after that agonising late chance, is gutting for us, but with Sheffield United, Liverpool and Wolves to come they will certainly drop points playing like that. Over to us now anyway...
  4. £60m or higher and you have to take it in my opinion. Decent player, England regular and good age, but there are too many inconsistencies in his game to turn down a huge sum like that. Out of him, Ricardo, Soyuncu, Ndidi and Maddison, Chilwell is the one we’d miss the least. I have no doubt about that.
  5. Good news for us. Didn’t really expect anything else but reassuring to hear that from UEFA.
  6. When the lockdown is lifted it will be interesting to see what becomes of the typical work office. For companies who have managed perfectly fine with employees working at home, would it be irresponsible of them to call workers in just so everyone can ‘work together’? Without a vaccine, surely social distancing will need to continue which would mean desks being rearranged 2 metres apart? Seems a rather unnecessary risk to me. If you can work from home with no problems at all, then you shouldn’t need to be exposed to a busy commute and a crowded office before we have a vaccine in my opinion. Will be interesting to see what the Government’s guidance on that is - if there is any.
  7. Would be a great signing on a free if the wages were reasonable. For someone to come in and rotate with Tielemans and Maddison, with Champions League and Premier League experience, you couldn’t really find a better fit.
  8. Big game. Win today and you’d have to say that top 4 is done and dusted. Lose and more doubts would arise. A draw wouldn’t be the worst result in all honesty.
  9. I would usually agree with that but he gets it spot on every time, he’s receiving information of that I have no doubt. This isn’t one or two occasions where he could have had lucky guesses - it’s 10-15 times now and he’s been spot on with all of them.
  10. Absolute joke that our teams are consistently being leaked this early. I know it’s a nice little insight for us fans but it’s a bit ridiculous really. Should not be happening.
  11. Get in, was worried about this being moved until I saw this. Absolutely no way they can put us on a Friday or Sunday slot now, especially when those two games you mentioned are both televised themselves.
  12. We’re on our way, we’re on our way. To the Champions League, we’re on our way. Jonny Evans at the back, Jamie Vardy in attack, Pack your bags cause Leicester’s on their way
  13. Other fans. To be honest I was half expecting it from the moment I got there. There were huge groups of older fans and young families behind me who seemed to have very little idea of what was going on in front of them. Still enjoyed the atmosphere but slightly disappointed that I had to sit, especially when I used the Union FS code when buying tickets and selected seats well within the designated singing section.
  14. Was really looking forward to this. Get to my seat, atmosphere building nicely pre-match and then the game starts. What do I hear? SIT DOWN. SIT DOOOWWWNNN! Couldn’t be arsed with the aggro so I decided to just sit. And yes, I know that doesn’t stop me singing but we all know it’s not the same when you’re sat on your arse in the cold. I honestly give up. This fan base is broken beyond repair.
  15. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - we have a Champions League standard squad with a League 1 level fan base. We are a complete and utter mismatch and don’t deserve each other. I can count on one hand the number of songs I’ve heard sung in K block over these last 2 home games. When I moved over to K six or seven years ago the place was absolutely bouncing. It’s died a slow death since and has now reached a point where you’re the odd one out of you try and get something going. People are just so uninterested - most are young lads more bothered about their bets and fantasy football teams. I was considering moving back to the Kop but judging from the comments here it seems that side of the ground is just as bad. It’s truly depressing and I can’t see any way out of it. These are supposed to be the times of our lives and instead, I’m falling out of love with football.
  16. There’s a lot of unnecessary worrying in this thread. There is no way on earth he leaves Leicester for Arsenal midway through his first full season in charge whilst sitting 13 points above them in the table. No manager can come out and firmly say “no, not interested, not happening” because comments can always be used against you in the future and affect boardroom decisions. The stock answers he’s delivering are common practice for all managers and are of absolutely no concern to me. I’m sure he will move on to a bigger job at some point but not yet. It’s way too soon. He still has a lot of work to do here.
  17. If anybody has a stream I’d be very grateful for a PM
  18. Those questions at the end are really hard to listen to and the line about Matty James being a ‘sick note’ is rather disrespectful. I know it’s only a young lad and I wouldn’t want his confidence to be knocked but he should really be putting more effort and care into his questions. He’s getting absolutely no insight from Brendan with questions like that.
  19. Tune: Postman Pat Dennis Praet, Dennis Praet, Dennis Praet and his blue and white hat. It’s early in the morning, Dennis Praet is scoring, he makes me a happy Leicester fan.
  20. Hate to be that guy but please can someone copy and paste this article? Looks a good read and my free trial just ran out
  21. I know they’re a shambles and have been for a while but our Under-23s beating a club the size of Sunderland is quite incredible really. Great result for them.
  22. He looks like a top class player and a snip at £18m. Would I be right in saying this is Lee Congerton’s first signing here at Leicester? *Runs for cover*
