On what grounds do they hate us?Around 80% of our total income comes from the ECB.If you were correct why on earth did they reward us with an England ladies game in which we got paid a tidy sum to host .They know the match would be poorly attended and they could have got 3 times the crowd somewhere up South.They also have gave us a Zimbabwe match again decent money for hosting which they could have given to another County.Don't forget it's the Counties that voted for the hundred and the Counties that want a fixture reduction.Going back to the ladies match remember Kate Cross on the podcast she does with Alex Hartley saying a couple of years ago they don't like playing at Leicester and Derby because they are so poorly attended so the ECB would have the perfect excuse not to award is any games yet they still give us regular matches.
