10 League Games in - How Would you Rate the Season?

I thought I'd enjoy winning games again, which I do but not as much as I thought I would. The tippy tappy around the back line has me having kittens and bouts of severe stomach cramp with the raised anxiety levels. I don't think the current side is an improvement over the one that failed miserably last year other than we do have a proper keeper which is a massive upgrade. You see many sides run away with the Championship but then go on to struggle in the EPL, we did that ourselves in 2014/15 after going over 100pts in the Championship. I have a gut feeling that we are a few players short of a stable Premier league return. -
I wouldn't bother.

Came across this Huth podcast, only 4k views - it's deserves lots more. Humorous and informative its a good hours entertainment.

He seems to walk OK unaided so hopefully just a twinge.
-
Faes hasn't put a foot wrong all game.
-
I was worried - Natcho looked worried. Maybe he is a good poker player to?
-
Its a game crying out for a spell of Albrighton skyball.
-
Why are we playing without the ball with no one within 60 yards of their goal?
-
Faes, Vardy, Fatawu have all done good the first half. Ricardo has been good to.
-
KDH had his one game season already.
-
this faffing around at the back gives me stomach pains
-
Getting bossed till Lurch gets the ball, then he has all the time in the World to give it away.
-
looks like bore ball again.
-
I expect its a Sky call.

I'd just like to see an exciting game, the last one I can recall was beating Spurs a year ago. Football without the passing control accuracy and slow motion speed of play just looks like a car crash waiting to happen to me. I can see the goals completely drying up when oppos pack and control the midfield.

Tielemans given a run out as a 90th minute sub today with his team 5-1 up. Maybe if he was a Championship player he would manage more pitch minutes? Once Maddison gets himself injured then it'll be only the International departures from the Summer actually playing kick a ball for their new clubs. To be fair, most of them were injury period prone here so once a crock.
-
Those Holloway years of 28% win ratio were pure shit.
-
I read yesterday the boy Fofana is injured again and probably won't make it back this season. Seems he is another crock in the making.

Current financial situation of the club

Don't forget the £100mn law suit against Everton pending the FFP ruling coming soon. I think if the group action goes ahead then an out of court settlement could land a big pay day and we should return to the EPL on a much lower wage bill than when we left plus a couple of positions have had an upgrade with a firing on all cylinders striker or strike pairing the only obviously missing ingredient. Maybe a Cannon firing will sort that out? -
KDH has been a bag of poo today. Looking more like a one game wonder each game played.
-
At least some Danes come off their line to grab a high ball.
-
Shame Madders had that Everton kick when Vardy was on the field.
-
The pass to an opposition player has been pretty consistent from both sides so far.
