Although I would have loved us to progresses in the Europa League and to play Rangers, I looked at the fixtures and felt relieved that our bruised and battered squad were getting a reasonable rest before the Sheff Utd game. Having to go out on Thursday and further test our resources could have backfired on the Premier League run in with so little squad rotation possible.

People near me were up and down like yo-yo's throughout the game (presumably off to use the facilities).
