  1. Top stuff Faes
  2. Lots of space for Stephy, madness
  3. Not running at full speed yet, but love how combative we are now.
  4. Certainly not defending him. He needs to to go, but he is no worse than some others is my argument.
  5. Ah, pre-kick off hyperactivity!!
  6. That pass at Brentford was good…..and Dennis didn’t nearly walk into a helicopter, so there’s that…
  7. Surely the sensible thing is to replace him with Coady?
  8. Maybe so, but the criteria between those who never start yet are cried out for by the fans, and those who don’t start and are reviled, is a weird mystic delineation I am forever confused by.
  9. Your lack of any respect or time for Praet is legend. We have far bigger villains within the squad, yet Dennis is reviled to such an extent I have to believe it’s personal.
  10. Not really relevant to fixtures even before the January Window opens though
  11. Think the pace of these front 3 might be crucial, Kel is not slow, but nor is he rapid.
  12. Must assume that JJ is being treated with care and that Doyle is not yet ready to start. Faes on the left?
  13. No. It would further divide the have and have nots.
  14. And neither should it, AI is useless at situations with human variance, it has to be restricted to things that have binary outcomes, simplistic situations. Advertising this limitation is a key part of any VAR usability.
  15. Our best champ side maybe, but isn’t Reading the best ever thus far? Difficult to gauge on points due to which teams are in it, but it’s still about the best measure.
  16. For sure, but offsides take forever right now, for that there is no excuse
  17. The job of Stockley park should be little more than to communicate the instant results of offside / fouls / etc to the on field ref to take the appropriate action, and I simple cannot believe that if a serious attempt to make this an AI driven instantaneous assistant was made, just as it has show it can be made to work for such high speed sport in Tennis with Hawkeye, that it would not be possible. I mean with all the camera and tracking tech now, then we must be regressing, but as with all such endeavours, it the WILL to do it that prevents its success. You could argue that a capacity to allow muddied conclusions gives the governing bodies the ability to direct results as best suits the business requirements.
  18. This would require us to start fast
  19. There isn't, the fact it isn't instant is the problem in your example.
  20. There is nothing wrong with VAR in theory, just the gimps running it. To say VAR is bad is like saying democracy is bad, but in reality it’s because of the feckless, self-serving implementers - isn’t that right <insert Conservative politician name>?
  21. At a guess, this team beats that team due to their tight coaching rather than strong mentality. Also feels like football has moved on, even in this unbelievably short amount of time
  22. My apologies, to suggest I am slow witted today does me a hugely undeserved service
  23. Suspect the very act of persistent following renders all points moot to be honest
  24. Sorry, twas a jest as some argued that only those in the City itself could be considered truly legit, but even then I suspect they were referring to players
  25. Thought such well wishes was only open to those within the bounds of the City?
