Ive just finished the Monolith. Seemed to take ages. Took a few goes at the Paintress in her 2nd form. My characters are 57-59 so will grind a bit before revisiting Lumiere.

Ended up almost messing it up having missed a QTE on the petals to finish the remaining one off.  Then he maxed out health and vanished one of my characters.  Luckily, he didn't use the petals again as a move and I finished him with the reserve party 

 

I used auto rush and shell on all characters from the start which seems to have made the difference.  We continue!

 

That double burn picto in Visages is a very useful addition.  Lune now packs a serious punch 

I have rush and shell on all chacters. Roulette on Lune. Plus i have dodge on all characters

This boycott just wont happen or certanly not in the numbers required. You only have look at Leicester City divided on facebook to see why.

Love when my pictos and lumina set up works after tweaking them after a defeat. Very rewarding.

Ive done no end of exploring since being able to swim and break through the sea corel. Some good outcomes some very bad. About to start the two axons. My characters are all mid 40s lol.

Enjoying these updates @Dan. Not played the game for years but would always look at CMstories and FMstories. Keep up the good work 👍

Good stuff. Due to work being crazy ive just finished Monnaco Station so not played as much as id hoped. Spent far to long exploring areas after act 1. Some of them clearly for end/post game as a 1 hit/missed combo/parry will wipe my party out. Im at level 34 with Verso and Yune. Great game and cant wait to put the hours in post xmas and new year

Im 44 but naurally fit  from running and working as a chef is constantly on the move for 60hrs + a week. So feel fit and young then. But when i get a couple of days off i really feel my aches and pains. I probably moan and groan a lot moe than people my age. So in that regard i feel older. Just do the best i can really

Taking me a bit to get used to the parry and dodgy system as well

Easier to dodge (bigger window of mistake allowed.) But i do try to parry as much as i can just for the counter attack damage. I have just finished act 1 this evening.

Im sure i went to bed last night with Trump saying they have the suspect in custody. Now i wake up and read that there is a manhunt underway for the suspect. Trump getting ahead of himself?

Sometime over the Christmas break is when I will probably start playing my next "big game", and that will either be Death Stranding 2 or Clair Obscur, not sure which one yet

 

 

Im about 10 hours in on Clair Obscur and loving it so far. Just wish there was more hours in the day as its so hard to put down. A sign of a great game IMO.

Id just become an armchair fan and a lot more Anstey Nomads games than i currently do.
