Cant blame rvp too much with the squad and board... but he aint helping sadly. He looks well beaten.
Poor old Robin van Persie, done nothing and still gets a bit of blame! 😐

Funnily enough Neville said on Sky in November he was surprised Ruud was a manager.
He's not!

Needs a Bielsa or Pearson type in a senior, permanent position above the manager.
Someone with extensive experience, a complete philosophy and an obsessive approach to the details.
Rudkin doesn't have the experience and it's shown since 2018. Too much licence given to managers.
Brendan was anointed and given a golden ball and chain bolted to the supporting pillars of our finances. The club put its faith in the wrong man.
Unfortunately the board has dug a moat around itself and doesn't look likely to let anybody in to see what exactly is going on inside the castle.
Love this post, I'll wager you're a massive game of thrones fan!
Bet you 10p you can't legitimately mention a dragon in your next post.
20p if you can get in "Trebuchet". 😐

Cooper was limited but got more out of this squad. He was more suited. At least we scored goals.
Van Nistelrooy hasn’t got a clue and you could see that weeks ago, I’ve been posted this since his arrival.
I’ve seen excuses made for Van Nistelrooy time and time again but ultimately he has made us far worse. 0 goals in 6 consecutive home games is a disgrace.Totally agree, but unfortunately it seems our "brilliant" players thought they were so much better than him and convinced our amazingly gullable owner of it too.
I never wanted Cooper but he was by hook or by crook keeping us out of the bottom 3, lots say by luck, well maybe or maybe he simply got the best out of rubbish, probably still wouldn't have been enough but the naive and disastrous appointment of van Rooney guarantees we go down in a far worse situation than last time.
Like you l saw this coming from day 1, l also knew that there would be multiple excuses provided for his failure by the cooperouts (all of which could have been used for Cooper but never were).
Appointing Cooper was a mistake, sacking him a bigger one and appointing van Rooney a suicidal farce.

There is no point in caring because the owner clearly doesn't care about the club or the fans, like lots of rich, connected people he basically sees us as cash cows and not worthy of respect much less of opinions.
The feeling of utter disconnect is at the forefront of the apathy l think, not just with the owner and board but with the EPL and the ultra corrupt FIFA.
I too am done with it now until there is real change... But I'm not holding my breath.

The saying is true but Einstein never said it!
For example, take these often repeated and reprinted Albert Einstein quotes—none of which the great physicist actually said:
“Not everything that counts can be counted.”
“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
If he'd said all the things attributed to him he would not have had enough hours in the day to look after Schrodingers cat.*

Surely he's got to change something....
I'll admit on evidence thus far he's trying again and again with the same dross that keeps ... surprisingly producing the same kind of result, but surely eventually some part of him will say ... we can keep playing this way and lose, or ... try something new and hope for a better result.
If not, Leicester could appoint me. I'd work for half of Ruud's wages, and at least try new tactics to find a way to win a match.
Ahh, but were you a charismatic man u striker and do you look good in a turtleneck?
If the answer is yes to both then you have a chance, not sure about changing things mind, we might lose if you do that... 😐

If Ruud leaves, which I don’t he will, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they went for Rohl.
Appointing Rohl would be intelligent, show a great knowledge of football and give us a great chance of success, three reasons why the idiots running our club wont appoint him even if he was foolish enough to come here!

I think Moyes would struggle to get a tune out of our squad. That’s why he didn’t want to touch us with a bargepole.
Lol.. I don't think it was the squad, the ground, the team bus or the tea lady that put Moyes off, maybe the useless lying owner and his underlings had a little something to do with it, like 100%!

It’s incredible, isn’t it? Everton were utterly turgid under Dyche and have improved beyond measure since he was sacked. The same group of players are suddenly playing vastly better football and getting results week after week. This in itself should tell us everything we need to know about Dyche, but some people apparently still want him at our club
Yep, because he is getting the best out of what he has at his disposal, that's what good managers do, which tells you everything you need to know about Van Rooney!

This really is a joke of a football club. Not so long ago we were the example of a model club. We’ve fallen so far and so quickly, and yet Top and Rudkin just seem to be going through the motions.
For us yes it is, but for non Leicester City fans its only half true, 50% think we are a joke but the other 50% simply hate us!

Out and now, if you take on the job, the only requirement is keep us out of the relegation zone, Van Rooney has failed and clearly will continue to fail, a definate downgrade from the inadequate but much more likely to succeed Cooper.
Yes the players are useless
Yes the owner is a rich fool
And yes the DoF is way out of his depth but bottom line, if you accept the riches you do the job or FO.

Return to reality, Toffees looking to out do Forest's result maybe?

It means what it says, they are better, by enough that they should win.

The 'Project Reset' guys would be absolutely SEETHING if we beat Everton next week.

But he wont be here over the summer!
Simply because another clueless owner will be starstruck and offer him a better job sans Rudkin.
And frankly who could blame him.
