The FA are for some reason terrified of making a change until a competition is done. We will no doubt have to endure another painful exit in the exact same fashion as the last three competitions before he'll finally leave. Much like Southgate they're terrified of making a bold decision which just ends up screwing us and wasting another tournament when we might be returning to the doldrums of 2007-16 any day now, with a mixture of overrated pensioners and second rate younger players in the squad. We might go on to win here with the sheer quality of our players being enough to counteract Southgateball against a much worse team.

That is an insane pass and finish

I really wouldn't be surprised if Southgate is playing Henderson just to make a point that he'll always stick by his favourites. What a complete joke

They've got our number here. I honestly can't see us pulling this back unless wholesale changes are made at half time.

Absolutely pathetic

I would rather be executed by immurement than watch that Star Trek Lower Decks thing

2018 Helicopter Tragedy - Investigation Outcome/Verdict Released

That makes for horrific reading. -
I like the pre-match report and changes to the tactics, but they really are brilliant at adding the perfect amount of waffle to big up two or three minor improvements to the same game as something life changing. They are also great at editing together the three extra cutscenes to make it look like they've added loads more. Anyone know what happened to that fabled officially licensed FIFA game? 2K were rumoured to be working on it.

He can spend a shitload on cars and truffles and still make multiple generations down the line very comfortable. What you mean is ensuring that they are able to live in the same obscene luxury he can.
-
People do go way too far in criticising him but it makes no difference if he is better than our previous managers, he's still not good enough to win tournaments and with our current squad that shouldn't be good enough.

The crap about "maybe he can change Saudi Arabia" is the funniest thing. Go on then Hendo, what public criticisms have you been making about their government?

You don't need to do sit ups to see a six pack or abs, either they are visible or there is belly fat covering it all. If you train your abs but there is fat covering it, it won't cause anything to protrude less.
-
Maybe he'll do that now that Pep has started doing playing two up front
-
Sit ups won't cause you to lose belly fat. They also aren't great for increased hypertrophy as you get stronger unless you add some kind of resistance somehow.

Exercise alone is not very likely to cause you to lose weight, especially if you just have weights at home. It can help a little bit but you can eat through the calories you'll burn in a session in five minutes. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to slowly change your dietary habits to ones that are both better and attainable. If you drink pint after pint or sugary coke, switch to spirits and diet coke for at least some of the time. If you constantly eat snacks try to eat fruit, etc. Then do exercise for its own benefits that are not related to appearance. Overall unless your weight is at a level where you are going to run into health risks, I'd strongly discourage you from going down the route of trying to get a beach body - the risks to your mental health in doing so cannot be understated. Other people have posted some guides on the mechanics of losing weight without the full context of the emotional toll that maintaining that lifestyle for years can have. Tracking your calories all the time and eating in a huge deficit is like a strong medication - it's necessary in a few cases where your health is at immediate risk but if you are already at a normal weight or just over, it's so easy to fall into the trap of disordered eating and body dysmorphia.

Unless Akgun and Fatawu are bobbins.

Oh well. We had our fun.

This is the biggest improvement for me. It's night and day in terms of enjoyment in supporting the club for me.

Yeah, what's going on there? Also, is your name based on the Magazine song?

A look at the run Swansea had in 2012-13 should make people want to take it seriously for as long as we can.

Hopefully we'll put a few past them and take winks and Vardy off pronto

So not only have they lost 4 out of 5, they're choosing their lineup based on what they can stick in a pub quiz in 5 years' time? Expecting a 2-1 loss then
