KDH will be gone next year even if we go up I reckon.

Pull your bloody finger out now!!

Giving that cheap goal away has changed the tie. They’ve decided to go in for the kill now.
-
5 defenders and all over to one side 🤦♂️

We can barely get 30 yards out of our own goal line at the moment, not sure how long he can hold up in that situation! -

Trouble is we’re playing the game we normally play with players who don’t normally play it, and it shows at times. -
According to the Cov forum the ref is playing for us

I'm more disgusted by this than the performance on the pitch.
-
Penalties down the middle are a luxury you can't afford where we are. It has to go hard into a corner. If the keeper saves it then c'est la vie but you did all you could. My only other criticism of him tonight was holding on too long on occasions, a bit like Barnes does. He plays best at pace and occasionally it got a bit laboured. Not helped by a lack of movement or back up from midfield when we were on the front foot.
-
I just wish we'd go for the throat when we have the upper hand, when the opposition are labouring.
-
You can keep saying that but the stats don't lie and we don't look capable of killing a game off, even if it's gifted on a platter. I think we'll all happily eat a *** off humble pie if they manage it but I'm not going to apologise for pessimism given the situation the club has got itself into.
-
I don't think anybody thought that, but that we should beat them if we want to stay up. We could have had a cushion if we'd managed to beat either of the two teams scrapping with us. Now we have to hope that we have enough in us to surprise one of the more comfortable teams.
-
I agree re midfield, in fact I think that's the big problem area, Ndidi is so far off the boil, Soumare I just can't get my head around, Tielemens has been poor for a long time, Maddison hasn't been the same since West Ham injury and World Cup, KDH has looked poor, Praet barely gets a look in, Mendy is OK but again where is his support if he plays? There was a huge hole that just kept pressure on us all game, it's all very well lumping it up but you need to pick it up again in midfield if it comes back. We can't do that.
-
He definitely didn't have a great game, the penalty was poor, it wasn't even a cheeky attempt just soft. He hogged the ball on the edge of the 18 looking to shoot earlier too when he should have been trying to pass or thread it through.
-
Two games on the trot we should have won. No excuses, a point is better than a defeat but only just. We could have had 6 points and been well clear if we'd taken our chances. I can't applaud that.
-
Why have we made no changes? Utterly hopeless. We're knackered, so are they, change it up and get fresh running on.
-
I'd sooner we go at them when we come back out. Accept our defence is shit and just try and bang at least one more in ASAP.
-
Yeah but he didn't smash it either, he didn't even look confident.
-
Both. The minute he didn't go to Madrid he should have been back in.
-
Never a yellow, debatable it was even a foul.
