Indeed I did. One of my favorite players. Saw his debut as a 70th minute sub. Looked a class above from his 1st minute on the pitch. But that was in a championship side that was struggling at the time. Madders will be chased by bigger clubs than Muzzy. Delighted to have seen them both, just think Madders edges Muzzy. Just my opinion.

Forgot to say thanks for the good times. Not his fault he was named skipper when he obviously was leaving.

Without sounding bitter, and we know how that ends, think he will become a squad player at a top 8 club and then move on because of lack of game time within a couple of years.

They will return at the beginning of next season so I will clap all of them. Except Vestergarrd and Bertrand obviously.

It is all about opinions. You are perfectly entitled to yours.

He has been , on the whole, fantastic for us. Up there with the Gary Macs and Muzzys . Along with all of the squad this year there are moments he will look back on and regret. I for one am glad that I got to see him in a city shirt and wish him well.

And for that reason I say TOP.

My take on Rodgers. He fell out with players who could have helped. He stuck with players he seemed to favour despite bad form. He was scared of the big clubs, setting us up to be too negative. But. He was stitched up by the club. Surely he would not state that the squad needed a big shake up without being assured that was possible. Once he had said that it created a rift between him and the squad that he became stuck with. Finally. Why make a player captain who has made it clear he wants to leave. P.S. Should have gone much earlier.

Also watched as was pessimistic about our chances today. Nowhere near premiership quality. Bounce back please.

There was some woefully inept performances that season. Do not see how that has anything to do with one fan punching another fan for having a different attitude to supporting his club.

Much of the blame can be put down to Top. The same Top who I believe was the one who encouraged his father to invest in the first pace. Given both personal and world events can we not accept that this has been an incredibly difficult time for him? He has leaned on people at the club who we know are not up to it. We have Title win and the FA cup because of his interest in our club. Maybe give him a chance to learn from his ( obvious) mistakes.

Not blaming ufs by the way. Every group has twats lurking within.

First time poster. Remember how special we felt when Man Utd finished us off and the ground was united in standing and applauding as we were relagated with games to spare? Why can someone not clap the team off at the end of the last game without being punched in the face? The fact that he was of a certain age makes it more despicable.
