Its just the way the same tired old shit names crop up at this level, and when youre at this level, thats who you get linked with. Theyre just all grifters with at best modest talent. Theres always a Jed Wallace. A Henri Lansbury. A Grant Hanley. A Callum Robinson. All these kind of modestly alright berks that you have to bring in who spend their whole career stinking out the wannabe league. Theres a modicum of happiness at the moment because a ball hasnt been kicked. Seeing a team full of these players and watching a home defeat 0-1 v Preston in the rain in January to slip to 14th place gets real old, real fast.

The sort of bang average grifter that being in the championship means you are linked with. Probably do a job for a year or two and thats it. Underwhelming

The first tee and third tee are close together but unfortunately, the stand will be in the way, so you need to leave the stand and then the third tee will be adjacent to you. Same rule applies with the stands at the first, if Rory is coming to the first tee, the stand will be packed, so its always good to play ahead. If you know Rory is off at 9am, watch maybe 5 or 6 groups before him tee off from the stand, and then after hes teed off, walk a bit of the course and see the action and maybe check back in with him at the 5th or 6th for example. Youll still see tons of quality golf from the field, theyre all unbelieveable.

Its mint being up close to the action. Ive been to loads of golf tournaments AND majors. Id say: 1) The biggest players carry big crowds. So plan ahead a bit. At Royal Liverpool the third tee is a great place to get up close as itll be behind the stand on the first tee. Plan 4-5 groups ahead if you want to see Rory on the tee. Youll see loads of quality players as you wait. 2) Walk the course, but dont walk TOO much. Id say walk 18 holes....but make the walking last all day. The more you "walk" the more youll miss. Walk around and view all the holes, but do it over the entire length of the day 3) If you like an early start, hang out at the range and the putting green. A great place to see some up close action! 4) Hillocks offer great viewing points. There are hillocks between i think its the 7th and 9th (par 3...might not be the 9th) at Royal Liverpool. Great place to see action on both sides of you. 5) Dont be one of those pillocks who just sits in the beer garden all day watching on a big screen. How pointless. Youll have a great time!

I hope we look to bring hungry youngsters looking to prove a point in and within the premier league is it unrealistic to think some of our problem positions could be filled by the likes of: Dane Scarlett Carney Chukwumeka Anthony Elanga Sambi Lokonga Stefan Bajcetic Im setting my sights high but players of this ilk...not necessarily them but similar to them perhaps with less first team exposure behind them

A top team is not going to sign a player who cant run.
