Just seen Roberto Mancini in Morrisons near the ground buying a meal deal. Take from that what you will.

I take from it you have a Time Machine and gone back to 2007 when this gag was originally slightly funny 😂😂

relax mark, I’m joking before you get trigger happy again 🥸🥸

    Should’ve expanded sometime between 2015-2019.

    Club missed a huge opportunity.

I watched all the Forest fans go in last night, they were mostly hammered getting into the ground and mostly male between 15-55.

Some of their chants were really weird and their obsession with Derby is proper strange but cant fault their support inside the ground overall. Embarrassed us.

where were they all boozing before hand?

  3. A friend of mine started a youtube channel a while back to interview people from Leicester who've had an interesting life and got some good stories to tell. Some of you may have seen it but for those that haven't there's some great interviews with some characters, and some from the football that people will recognise. Have a look if you're interested and want something different to listen to https://www.youtube.com/@LeicesterLivesPodcast/videos

Went there a few months ago, just found it very stale. Seating was an absolute pain upstairs, but did reality like the downstairs bit.

seating sound like their Lutterworth one, quirky to say the least

Just had a pint in the Hind and the place was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. Has anyone had the African food from there?

the lager was shocking last time i went in there, no idea they needed to pull a few pints off first

Genuine question - Do such YouTube users get paid for doing this sort of thing?

There seems to be a lot of like him around in stadiums videoing himself and uploading it.

they'll earn some money if they get enough views/subscribers etc

The fact Vestergaard’s behind Coady in the pecking order probably hurts him the most. This must be down to off pitch personality and leadership skills as Conor is at least as slow as Vesty and visibly isn’t as good on the ball or particularly dynamic in the tackle.

can't say anymore, and know a lot more than I can say, but Vestergaard is on the naughty step, he don't get on with cooper...

Just a slight observation and yes I have read all of your opinions and feedback before you say that, but I would guess that flag waving isn’t your issue, but rather the lads who do it.. m I ain’t sure you have an issue with the thousands of honesty flags that are waved every week.

No idea who waves any of them, I was just asked my opinion. You can’t compare a young kid holding an honesty flag up to someone mid game giving it full beans with a flag. But again, it don’t effect me so do t matter

Never seen anyone do anything other than just wave it, but then I am about a hundred yards closer to anyone actually doing it than you are.

You ain’t read my posts have you, I sit all over many times in g1 and h1 last season, in there against forest I think. I could find videos but what does it matter?

The only time I can remember the whole ground singing as one “forest get battered”

The wolves win in the relegation season was brilliant tbh if I recall, once the win was looking likely, even noted the west stand singing

Or the drum going constantly. But apart from those two things and being based at "the wrong end", they can do what they like!

They can do what they like, that’s the whole point. Read all of my posts, plenty of it all explained. I can have an opinion where I think mistakes are made but it doesn’t stop me from not caring what people do. For example, the drum, people moan about the clappers and I mentioned the drum encourages people to sit there mindlessly hitting the clappers to the drum beat, especially in g1 and h1, which people seem to hate. Can it annoy me? Sometimes yes, but people can do what they like, I’ve not called for it to stop. Same with the wrong end. I think it’s the wrong end, but I don’t think anyone that chooses to stay down that end should stop. People need to open their minds a little and realise everything doesn’t just have to be black and white 👍👍

Ahhh now, if you’d have read all of what I said and not just quoted a snippet you’d have noted I said it’s my personal opinion but I couldn’t care less what they do as it doesn’t effect me. They can do what they want for me but I don’t understand the flag waving

With the wing back, its more the intensity of the role that the amount of running, I would bet Riccy didn't to a lot of sprinting last season as it wasn't required for example.

Vestergaard is injured, even if he wasn't Okoli has come in and been superb if he was fit would you have him over either of the current starting CBs? Winks has been poor this season so far, I said to friends leaving the Everton game he could be dropped soon for Skipp, Winks wasn't good at Arsenal and was dropped for the next game I think its as simple as that, people are looking for a scandal that isn't there.

There are footballing reasons for the decisions that have been taken, a lot of people don't agree which is fine but the bullshit about player bust ups with the manager being made up to try and turn other fans against the manager is pathetic.

How do you know it’s bullshit?

Don’t forget the flag waving guesty lol

To be fair I’ve always said that would piss me off if it was infront of me but as it ain’t, don’t bother me. Although my personal view is I’m not sure what the need is to wave it around so much as if they are trying to flap to the moon 👍👍

Either you are being fed some rubbish info or you are making a stereotype out of people in SK1.

The general consensus is that most people in there understand the different types of support. L1 is a different type of supporter to the majority in SK1. People understand that. However, there are 28,000+ other supporters who don't really get involved with either and I am not having the fact that all those are happy clappers, sit down types. A fair few probably, but not all. So the biggest concern is how to bring more into the singing section who will give it a good go and those who don't like that style of support but want to contribute, get them to L1 (or now P block if that's the future for them).

Both can exist and will benefit the atmosphere but it needs those sitting on the fence or not pulling their weight to get involved. Club don't help but there is still enough power with the people if they really want to make a difference.

You mention the guy with his back to the pitch not supporting the team. Why do you actually think that? Do you think he does nothing to contribute to the atmosphere? If you actually knew a bit more about why he does that, then maybe you realise how wrong you are. Considering how "liberal" you are, you really do moan about SK1/the singing section a lot.

I'll go through all these points paragraph at a time.

Nope, sat next to it many times and seen the people in that bit at many away games as well, so seen with my own eyes and ears.

Not sure why you're telling me where people should or shouldn't go, if people want to go in the singing section and improve they will, or have.

Sitting on the fence bit, same as above.

Final bit, I never said anything about whether it's right or wrong or whether he contributes or not, I couldn't care less what he does. My point was many give the excuse of not wanting the singing section near the away fans as they don't want the distraction and want to watch the game and support the club, yet many are busying looking what the rest of the section behind them are doing, and yes, i've seen that as well many times.

You also said I moan a lot about sk1, I've moaned about the nonstop drumming as it has a negative effect on the atmosphere CONSTANTLY going, ie gets people just whacking clappers but im not bothered what people do in there. I'll comment on how find the atmosphere in different parts of the ground and people hate the fact it varies and many places the section can't be heard, that's not moaning. I also point out there are other areas where it's good, that's not moaning, plus explaining that not everyone wants that style when people say it's the only way and only place to get an atmosphere. It ain't but people have been sat in the same seats for years and have no clue.

    Cheers

The spontaneous atmosphere hasn’t helped L1 since 2017. If people want an actual atmosphere (whether they like the ultra style or not) SK1 is the only place for it

Yes but it isn’t though, p block probably better than l1
