  1. I kind of followed everton for a while under Lampard. Dyche was a big step up from him. I also think Dyche is the man you want to avoid relegation. Any aim above that yeah, hes not your man. But Ruud needs to go. Losing like that, from michael scott at man united... Every week different tactics. Really, Ruud is the same as Rooney, Lampard. Not good enough. Remember he also failed as forwards coach at united. Nice guy though
  2. The defensive issues also start at midfield. If Winks keeps losing the ball with stupid choices, bad passes, what can you do? Ruud tactics got this squad, players at least 4 or 5 times in very good positions near Onana. Teams like Forest make sure the 3 chances they get, end up being goals. Sloppy play by attackers and sloppy play by some midfield created problems for the defense. Even then, the defense coped with plenty of danger from Garnacho. Pound for pound Ruud was a much better coach than that Portuguese wonderkind. It was 0-1 untill 60th and 1-1 untill tje 92nd minute vs a much much more expensive squad. Just have a look at the manunited forum how embarrassed they are feeling they got played "off the park". The results arent there and quite a few games the team implodes. Thats more on individuals than on tactics. You might argue lets pkay sean dyche tactics. Hint: these days dyche tactics of digging in is a sure way yo have a 15 game winless run. Even teams around Leicester keep playing. Out of a low block but they keep at it.
  3. Some are not good enough. The standard in the top 11 is just very high indeed. Fulham is a good side.
  4. It really isnt a bad game but Fulham and standard of the top11 is very high. Leicester needs 2 or 3 new players and they need to come next week. If not, this is going to be a big relegation fight on the edge of losing.
  5. Jim Hendrix: Axis Bold as Love Spanish Castle Magic stands out. I can play that over and over. Loud as possible.
  6. He got the ball, got surrounded by the big bad fast and very strong opposition in numbers and everytime i thought: thats him done, he went tik, tok passed the guy closest to the line and passed him. In the 2nd half this started a left wing attack several times. My jaw dropped in awe. Then he also seems to have debruyne telescopic legs eyes and vision and made several just impossible angled passes, inches from the opposition defender, 40, 50 yards ass just on a platter for the incoming Leicester striker. Fearless, strong, good in tight spaces, fast, killer passing and vision. That left back (Kristiaansen is his name?) he is going to make a big difference for you guys this season. That 'needless' yellow from Vardy in the first half, that was needed as it unsettled that big West Ham player ftom harrassing that great left back the rest of the game too much.He even got him a yellow too later on. No this was an awesome game, nice teamwork and plenty to be upbeat for as a foxfan if you ask me.
  7. That said - and i have to admit i havent watched a lot of Leicester games this season, if its true some players downed tools that is also bad. You play for the badge and a weekly wage many would dream to have in a year. For all the feathers up Lopeteguis rear, Leicester now have more goals for than Westham. That wasn't just bcs of Ruud. And him too, needs to prove he has what it takes beyond the new manager bounce. If he is all that, why didn't man united players score in games vs brighton, chrystal palace and this west ham? Those games were lost because of players downing tools. Ten Hag got royally done by that toxic bunch. But from the small sample i have, this Leicester squad has a lot of quality, in each part of the team. More than good enough to play attacking style. Maybe the Maresca/Cooper switch was too big. Last nights win was on merit and im looking forward to more of that.
  8. Hi guys, new poster here. Im from Ruuds homeland. I have a big heart for Leicester since 2016. Remember Ranieri and that squad well. Not that familiar with current fox squad though. Always thought Maddison is one of Englands best. Last night game was fantastic. The 30 shot number was skewed, as many got from outside and the Leicester keeper held his own fantastic. I think i was most impresser by your left back. What a pass to Daka! That was DeBruyne quality. Westham was good in attack but their players wasteful and defensively so weak. If I was Ruud my half time talk would focus on that: guys just try some attacking runs, they dont know how to handle that. Your keeper is fantastic on the ball. Ndidi played his heart out. El khannousse was incredibble. Vardy is so clever. That 3-1 was well, well deserved. You guys will stay up. Ruud is young but learned some great tricks from Ten Hag (i thought tonight showed some tactics used in iconic wins by man u against city for instance) and maybe more from Peter Bosz school of thought. Patson Daka i almost forgot. He gas some goals in him. Thank you!
