I wonder who else is likely to go out on loan. Brandon Cover seems to have been training with the first team for ages but not playing games for either side. Briggs & Richards maybe? Golding could be another one

Still plenty of games left so hopefully Alves can force himself into the side. It’s just a bit frustrating if he goes another season not playing much

Was ill in bed so I flicked between a few of the games on Sky Sports+ Opoku took his header well as it came at him a bit awkwardly. His link up play is actually pretty good, looks good technically. Honestly didn’t see much of Wilson-Brown but his defensive stats were brilliant. 6/7 aerial duels won, 7/9 ground duels won & 7/7 tackles won. Evans came on at RW but the game was gone by that point really. Northampton look in a spot of bother

Jayden Joseph expected to be out for the next 10 weeks or so according to the Tranmere manager. Huge shame as he’d been a starter since November & playing the full 90 most weeks. Tranmere fans seemed to like him & been pretty complimentary about how he’d been getting on in a struggling side.

Just seen they’ve actually used their 3 sub slots so that is definitely another no show. Frustrating for him.

It doesn’t help they’ve had 2 red cards in 2 games but it’s looking like another game without getting on for Alves. Manning has played a 3412 in both games. It’s honestly hard to see how he fits in

Watching Swindon as I’ve barely seen any of Wilson-Brown. He’s playing LB and I think that’s where he’s been recently. He’s got to be at least 6ft 3. Pretty funny seeing him overlap, doesn’t look that slow either. So far this half he’s won 5/6 ground duels & 5/5 tackles!

As much as I like seeing youth given a go this is a very good loan for him

I hope it doesn’t end up being a loan where it just doesn’t happen for him. He really needs to be playing consistently
