I think the idea that Braybrooke is some 7 stone weakling is way off the mark. He’s not a giant but the defensive part of his game was very good in League 2. Saying that would like us to sign another midfielder that’s experienced with a physical presence in midfield.

I know people die all the time but it appears we’re going through one of those spells where loads of celebs are going

This season feels like such a good chance to get these guys involved. I know you have to have a certain level of experience but we really do have some really promising youngsters for the level we’ll be at. How good would it be if we saw a Page, Braybrooke & Alves midfield 3 at one point?

Is it the next 2 friendlies that are being played as a different format?

Would genuinely rather just play someone like Wilson-Brown or Gray even if they aren’t that great yet
