  1. Agree with that - head out to the sticks from Syston / Queniborough and you can't go too far wrong with a loop round to Melton and back through Asfordby / Hoby area. Really lost my way with fitness and cycling after riding 3 times a week or so a couple of years back. Hard to find the time to get out and do a decent circuit and as fitness isn't where it should be, motivation is down as well. Just purchased a wattbike this morning and hoping that that will give me the kick start I need. Problem is that by the time I've got home from work and sorted the kids / dog, it's pushing 8 and it never seems worth getting changed and going out as starting to get dark by the time you're in the swing of things. Hoping having a spin bike will mean at night I can just do half an hour and build fitness to then hit proper outdoor rides again next spring.
  2. Only watch Leicester and rare that I'll watch anything else unless it's a game such as Liverpool v Man City where you can guarantee that both teams are actually going out to win the game and it could go either way. Must admit that I've even started to find going down to the King Power as more of a chore than something to look forward. Had a season ticket for over 20 years now so feels like renewal is more of habit than anything else. Part of it is that since starting to help with coaching kids football, it's made me appreciate the sport more from a pure football side. Kids just want to play the game and win, lose or draw, so long as they have tried their best, they go away with a smile on their faces because they get praise from us and their parents. It strips away all the bullsh*t that comes with professional football and just takes it back to the purest form of the game. I'd say that I'm not falling out of love with football but more I'm falling out of love with the sideshow that accompanies the professional side of the game. Diving, cheating, moaning, fans arguing over standing / atmosphere, VAR..... as a package, professional football needs to get it's head out of it's arse and just get back to basics.
  3. Honourable mentions for: - Francis Benali - 348 games and 1 goal - of course it was against us!! - Andy Lonergan - the keeper who scored against us
  4. Genuinely shocked to see that Kante has made it into someone's list. He could score the goal to relegate us and I think I'd still love him.
  5. I'd say a door needs a hinge mechanism and a wheel needs to turn / roll.
  6. I'd say not as its not capable of being opened. If that counts then if you peer inside the windows of a toy car there's often a picture of a steering wheel moulded in the plastic.... Does that still count even though it cannot turn at all?
  7. Majority don't have doors that open.
  8. It's horrible in VR. Didn't get very far into it at all as was just too creepy.
  9. A door off it's hinges counts, a drawn on door would not in my opinion..... otherwise you could count photos of cars etc.
  10. For me, it's got to be wheels. As Cardiff Fox says, look at office chairs as an example - 5 wheels on each that we don't even think of. Drawers often have wheels in to allow them to slide in and out. Then look at things like Hot Wheels toy cars and Lego. Lego is the worlds biggest provider of Tyres so that's a whole raft of wheels that again slips under the radar.
  11. I feel like I'm starting to make some progress with this now... 5 hours in, exploring and finding things that are actually useful. Leveling up and actually able to hold me own when attacked in the real world. Still suck at dungeons (skeleton filled one is doing my nut in currently) but at least I'm going in the right direction now.
  12. Haha that's exactly where I am. Having never played a game like this before, it's certainly not welcoming for newcomers at all! I've finally got my first magic thing to help in battles (pack of wolves) so that will help in some way but haven't been able to dedicate any time to it yet. What really winds me up is when you die, everything resets, except for pissing lifts it seems!! Twice I've fallen into the lift shaft having battled through areas full of enemies because I hadn't noticed it hadn't come back down again from last time I died.
  13. I'm tempted to get one of the wheel packages and this as never had one before. I do like a good racing game and not played one for a long time!
  14. Hate quizzes like this.... my mind instantly goes to the obscure and then nearly forget the obvious. I think I got Darren Kenton and Collins John before the likes of Mahrez!! Also missed some of the current squad as spent too long trying to remember the name of fricking Matt Heath
  15. Reading the comments in this thread has made me think I've made a mistake buying this game..... I have no idea what any of you are talking about!
  16. I played for half an hour or earlier and not got a scooby doo what I'm doing. Never played a game like this before and basically just dying constantly.... Think I need to just explore initially, try and figure out the controls and read some basic guides on what it's all about.
  17. Finished Kena earlier this week - beautiful game but quite short. To be honest I just played on easy as fancied just something to pick up and play. Imagine on the hardest difficulty it would be seriously tricky!! Picked up Inside for very cheap on the ps store (I know it's a ps4 game really). Very enjoyable so far. Such a simple concept and very well done! Visually very good
  18. I really couldn't get into the original Horizon for some reason. Just never clicked with me which is annoying because it looks quality! Deathloop is another one - didn't quite get my head around the time change thing and keeping weapons when you die etc (didn't really pay attention during the tutorial bits to be fair) and so I got at a complete loss as to what I was doing!!! It's fun but not 100% sure what I'm doing or trying to achieve half the time. Picked up a copy of Kena the other day so will give that a go following Moore_94's recommendation! So far I've played the following on PS5: Astrobot - awesome little game and considering it's free, definitely worth your time Spiderman MM - great but too short. (did the second play through for the trophy in 4 hours!) Ratchet and Clank - awesome - never played an R&C game before but loved it Alan Wake Remastered - rehash of an old game that I played when I was kid - found it too scary to complete back in the day...... now wondering what all the fuss was about. Playable but a bit "Samey" by the end. Deathloop - see above FIFA 22 - meh. Spiderman Remastered - platinumed on PS4 but couldn't resist replaying!
  19. I think I recall it said it takes 28 days for them to show up on your account as need to wait for the return period to pass in order to stop people buying items, using the points on something else and then returning the original item.
  20. Spiderman MM is a great game but not worth paying full price for it unless you complete and trade it quickly whilst the price still good (I managed to get £25 for it yesterday having paid £45). Platinumed it in under 20 hours and that includes two full play throughs of the main story.
  21. I'll second that! Watched it last night and thought it was brilliant. Jake Gyllenhall absolutely nailed that performance!
  22. You have to slide the ticket into a scanner for it to read the barcode so would depend on how big / thick your phone is I guess. Can't say i've ever tried it but must admit I wouldn't risk it if I were you (unless someone confirms it works). If it doesn't then it would involve queueing at the ticket office to get it resolved and unless you're at the ground really early, you'll be in danger of missing kick off.
  23. I downloaded the remaster of star wars episode one racer on the ps4 a few weeks back after fond memories of playing on the N64. 13 year old me never managed to complete it but platinumed it in a weekend. Likewise Lylat Wars - remember it being really tricky as a kid but played it on my son's DS and beat the game in just a few hours. Controversial but Diddy Kong Racing over Mario Kart for me as well. Hours and hours spent trying to beat my best times on the time trials. Can always remember that there was a section in the Nintendo magazine showing the fastest lap times and I could never get close. Even with a perfect lap (or so I thought), I was still way slower than the records. Would have killed for YouTube back in the day to see how it was done!! Apart from all the normal classics (mario, Zelda, banjo kazooie etc), I always look back fondly on Snowboard Kids. Got absolutely slaughtered by the reviews but I really enjoyed it. Indoor mode on FIFA road to the world cup was also a major time killer. Izzet chipping the ball over the cross bar against the invisible wall and then Heskey heading in the rebound. Beautiful. Oh and to whoever mentioned Wetrix.... What a game that was!!!! Massively under rated - better than Tetris in my opinon.
  24. Can throw a Jamie Clapham into that bracket as well
  25. David Bell. Part of our team relegated to league one - no memory of him whatsoever.
