Monga hardly involved, anything we played forward was down Fatawu’s side. Page struggled

Jacub brilliant. Soumare grew into the game, he needs a positive mindset from the get go. Choudhary did a good job.

Other than that our fluidity is non existent, I couldn’t tell you what we were trying to do from an attacking sense other than give to to Fatawu and hope he takes on his man. More presence higher up in centre mid is needed

We’re far too narrow between defence and Skipp / Soumare, it’s like we’re playing 6 at the back no wonder we can’t do anything further up the pitch 

He adds great squad depth and it can’t be under appreciated. I fear losing him, BEK, Justin, Winks, possibly Fatawu, leaves us massively light for a Championship campaign.

To give my assessment, Winks did very well under Maresca, seemed to know his role really well was integral to the team and thrived. New manager came in, different system and he wasn’t as adaptable & quite honestly not at the level we needed to stay up.

At championship level and with this manager we have one of the best midfielders in the league. To all those saying we should get rid, you should look at the lack of depth we have of number 8 or number 10 type midfielders. The fact we’re linked with no one speaks volumes, I’d rather him in than out

Winks was a great sub to use. We need a proper no8 but he did a good job today. Another player that is too good for this league not quite good enough for Prem

I don’t know why we’ve all been brainwashed about playing 4 at the back and 2 holding midfielders & everyone saying this is our best line up? We play dross with that formation; understandably we have 7 of our players seeking to defend rather than create.

Why Skipp & Winks or Ndidi and Soumare? Why not just one of them and include say BEK and Alves as 10’s? If the manager says he wants attacking football why would he select a defensive minded formation? No logic in doing what we’ve done for the last 12 months in my opinion we need new ideas

We cannot have Daka anywhere near the team. Disgrace 

So embarrassing he is paying half of the compensation. I’d like to hear from the club as to why? Fair play to the manager, gives me a lot of hope, but god how far we’ve fallen due to mis-management. They should be ashamed to show their faces

He did well and was tidy as always. A bit more progressive in passing than Ndidi. To be honest I thought Ndidi was so poor yesterday whoever came on would improve the side. Mavididi clearly MoM. Not sure why Vardy has such a high score he did nothing all game

For me some fairly obvious things that need to happen are:

 

- JJ should be the left centre back

- Ricardo should be the inverting player

- Mavididi should start every game

- McAteer and Daka make the system more effective than Vardy and A.N.other on the right hand side, even if they are technically very limited.

 

The biggest difference in this game is that every time we won the ball back, we had a threat on the break, which hadn't been the case for the previous 12 hours.

 

But Ruud taking of Mavididi at 94 minutes and only giving Evans 10 seconds was shocking.

 

 

Was at the game & this is spot on. Unfortunately Vards doesn’t give us anything anymore. Mavididi & Bilal looked dangerous. Honestly with Fatawu back and Mavi on the other wing we’ll be fine in the championship (assuming Bilal will leave).

I went last night. I pretty much forced my 10 and 8 year old kids to come. They wanted to go home after 10 minutes. I left after Barnes goal. What’s the actual point. No one in the club can be ar5ed from the top to the bottom so why should I give my time. So glad I have Brighton, Wolves and Forest away tickets now 😭🤦‍♂️
