  1. I don't understand why repeat offenders like this aren't just banned from driving for life
  2. If you disagree you don't need to back down. There's nothing wrong with calling out opinions you disagree with
  3. Give your head a wobble = I disagree with your viewpoint. Why would you not be able to say that? I don't think the poster is telling anyone what they can or can't do.
  4. I find it incredible that some still seem to rate him. Ambling around the middle of the pitch, watching opposition players run past him into goalscoring positions. Stopping altogether and just giving up whenever he gives the ball away (which is often). An absolute disgrace of a footballer, somehow the worst of an extremely bad bunch
  5. He has to buy his own tickets? 🤔
  6. Then I guess its human error. Tielemans clearly made contact with the ball (whether or not he made contact with Vardy first) so the lino must have thought it ricochet'd off Vardy I assume. I'm not disputing the facts of the particular case, just the logic of the 'it must either be a foul or an attacking throw-in/corner' argument which is often banded around in these cases.
  7. Fair enough, I said I didn't know if that had happened or not. Just find the argument that people always seem to make ('either a Leicester throw or a pen') a bit annoying as it is clearly not true.
  8. The ball can be won by the defender and then ricochet off the attacking player for a defensive thrown-in. No idea if that's what happened here as I haven't seen a conclusive replay, but the argument you mention is a fallacious one.
