Yeah it's mentioned further up the thread I think that they play it, I'm a bit disappointed that bow isn't in but overall I'm pretty happy with that.
I'd much prefer Bow or Clouds instead of Treat.
-
They'll come on at around 9 I'd imagine.
Depends what the licence allows. Might be an early start/finish due to close proximity of a residential area.
-
Treat is the low point on 48:13 for me. Even allowing for the reference to God's own City I just don't get it. Perhaps because it's sitting amongst some of the best Kasabian songs ever it just sounds dull.
We will rise above the Clouuuuuudsssssssssssss !! Brilliant.

Listened a few times now. Bumblebeee, stevie, treat and beans are all quality. Great album
Beanz ?? It's not on 48:13... not my copy anyhow.
Edit: B-Side to Eez-eh
-
New material normally goes down like a lead balloon at gigs but I'd be happy if they played 48:13 in its entirety on Viccy Park. It's that fooking good.

Clouds is just epic... very much a Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd feel.
-
Clouds sounds like the missing track from Sgt Pepper's

Big argument kicked off down the travel agents today. Joined at the hip Siamese twins arguing about where they should go on holiday. One wanted to go to Cornwall the other France. I said Cornwall is really nice why do you want to go to France ?? He said that it was the only chance he got to drive.

"Agree about Leicester. They are a very vocal set of fans but they dont have a single song of their own. Very generic."

"All of the songs Leicester sing are copys, can't stand them they are weird."

Anyone who's ever been to Ashton Gate can see the 'Big Club' myth evaporate before their very eyes.
I love those backless seats

Don't remember it all kicking off in '78-79'. Think they made that one up.
-
Another quote from otib about why not many Bristol fans came up yesterday....
"Unless we are near the top of the table and doing well, these all seater bowls are terrible for creating any atmosphere. Since leicester is a northern hellhole with one the most blandest stadiums going there is never really any attraction for me in going there."

I think you've every right to be excited going into this season. As one of a handful of Reading fans living in Leicester, it is certainly a very different vibe surrounding your club to ours.
Although we are still widely expected, outside of Reading, to be there or there abouts in the play off shake up. You guys are expected to gain automatic promotion, personally I think you will.
However with the spending power that you have had in the close season, you automatically put yourselves in a position of a much bigger fall than anyone else, West Ham possibly the exception.
Every forum is bound to be talking of you guys at the moment, you're the only ones creating any headlines in the championship. There will be many trying to stick the knife in you already, I would say as much through jealousy as anything else.
I love the way that Reading operate with unearthing gems and bringing through the youngsters from a successful academy. Would I and many Reading fans be the same as you guys if we had 10-15 million to spend, damn right we would!
How big a loss will Matt Mills be to Reading ?? Do you think he will do well with us ??
Cheers

My personal favourite snippet from OTIB today.......
" I don't really see how they can be that 'surprised' that we turned the offer down. My own interpretation of the Foxes spokespersons statement is "Now that we're minted we think that we're the bee's nee's and take it as a personal affront that any club/player would say no to the mighty LCFC - don't you know who we are?!"
Cretins. "

I don't remember ever having a better afternoon/night at a gig before.
I had a great time. One of those 'were you there' days. Unforgettable.
