How can anyone get aroused at work!?

Shite, back at work after 6 weeks on Jury Service. I hate this place so fecking much I cant tell you!
-
Ditto.... My Jury service is nearing its conclusion and Im no nearer to finding a new job.
-
Depends.... if you dont get picked for a trial its extremely boring just sat around all day. I got lucky and have a very long, very interesting trial - 6 weeks off work with full pay! Start at 10.30 finish at 4.30 with an hours dinner and breaks during the day too - happy days
-
haha!! Nothing just been horrendously busy at work.... cant get on the net at all and working stupidly long hours so by the time I got home was too knackered to even log on! Jury service is short hours so hence more time!
-
Same, plus I feel really sick On the plus side am on Jury Service and loving it! Hello everyone btw, its been a long time!

My next door neighbours..... nastry chavvy, scum who fight, shout, swear, play music so loud the house vibrates, use their back garden as a rubbish tip, allow their dog to bark all day and have a horrible little bitch for a daughter who is out in the back tormenting my dogs at the fence til they try to rip holes into it. Feck off seriously.

Thats a completely different issue to small kids and pets not mixing to be fair. Only a fool would put the responsibilty of pet care & ownership on a child. As the adult WE take responsibilty for them the same as anything else in the house. Theres nothing wrong with small children having pets with adult supervision. Lets be clear here, no ones suggesting you leave a 4 year old alone with any animal. Theyre still a good thing for all the reasons Ive listed. Id be very concerned at any 5/6 year old didnt realise something was a living thing to be honest but as Uve already saId no child should be left unsupervised. The reasons most Primary schools have pets are the same as I mentioned. Its all good IMO

It doesnt even stop all of them, if its a foreign place they still get through, we still get them and Ive always made sure I tick the box for no phone calls. I just ask them to hang on and put the phone on the table - let them wait - its no skin off my nose

Can I ask why? Its universally agreed amongst Child Psychiatrists that owning pets has loads of benefits for Childrens social and emotional development, can contribute to a child's self-esteem and self-confidence & in the development of forming trusting relationships with other people. Theyre also a good introduction to major life events such as birth, illnesses & bereavements, help to develop responsible behaviour, learn about nature & respect for living things. Pets provide comfort, physical exercise (depending on the pet of course!) loyalty, affection and companionship. We always had pets and so have my children and Ive seen nothing but benefits from it. Just because a few reckless chavs decide to get a Pit Bull as a weapon and then feel it acceptable to allow it to mix with their young relatives it doesnt mean all pets are bad for kids. Theyre not. All it takes is a bit of common sense. I have 2 dogs and a cat and wouldnt leave any of them alone with a small child..... EVER, despite the fact they are all very used to children. Its a no brainer.

Well yes, you can only go on what youve experienced and I was lucky ours was a great one!

Must have been more than a couple of pounds over then Yes theyre weight allowances are smaller than others but they are clearly visible on their website so Id still argue that its a choice passengers have?
-
Most big companies have the same issue with the fat cats attitude to customers as they are so far removed from them. Well the prices they charged for refreshments were exactly the same on Easyjet when we flew but again everyone knows food and drinks on flights are stupid prices... unless your on a 12 hour flight I guess the answer is eat and drink before you fly? Also Id argue that its the passengers responsibility to ensure their luggage is under the weight allowance as again, its no secret the charges for excess baggage are astronomical. We didnt have to pay a penny over for our flights as I prepared before I flew so I wouldnt have to

Sorry Rob but youre better than that! So everyone who works at Ryanair deserves to lose their jobs? Why does Ryanair deserve to go tits up? Its an economy Airline and thats exactly what it offers! We flew with them last Summer (not through choice as it was part of a package holiday) and I was dreading the flights after hearing all the scaremongering about them. We had one of the best flight experiences weve ever had, both flights left on time and arrived early, the staff were friendly, polite and efficient and the planes were nice. we didnt have to pay to use the loo and took small cases each that fit into the hand luggage bit but all their charges are clearly visible on the website so its not like they are hiding anything. When you holidaying somewhere hot you dont need a massive suitcase full of stuff. We had plenty of room for all we needed. I wouldnt hesitate to fly with them again. I cant afford to fly with the likes of BA to be honest having checked their fares they are way out of our price range. End of the day its a way of getting where you want to go.... as long as its safe and I get where I need to go I couldnt give a shit to be honest. Yeah I must be then

on a similar vein........... morons who push their kids out into the road-edge in a pushchair while waiting to cross! WTF are they thinking? "Oh if the kid doesnt get cleaned up then its safe for me to cross"?!
