Graz Posted 11 April 2016 Posted 11 April 2016 Hi all, I'm running the 2016 London Marathon for Mind, the UK's leading mental health charity, in memory of my brother Al who passed away tragically in January 2015 after a long battle with depression. As part of my fundraising, our club has kindly donated a Stadium Tour of the King Power Stadium for 4 people to help me raise money for charity. This is now listed on ebay here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281993924912?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 I'd be really grateful if anyone would like to bid on the auction of course, but also equally grateful if people could share it with anyone they think might be interested too. I'm very grateful to the club for donating this. My brother was a lifelong Leicester fan so it felt like a good way to help raise money in his memory. I'd actually bought him tickets last Christmas for us to go to a game, but unfortunately the game came after... This has obviously been a fantastic season for all Leicester fans, but I do wish my brother was still here to enjoy it with me because he'd be loving it with the rest of us. Even now I keep reaching for my phone to text him after another incredible result before I remember. I'm sure he's watching over us though... I can't think how else to explain the turnaround in our results over the last 12 months! So thanks to anyone that bids on the auction... It would mean a lot. If you're not interested in the stadium tour but would like to sponsor me for the London Marathon, then that would be equally as amazing. https://www.justgiving.com/grazday-mind Thanks! I haven't posted here in a while, so I hope you don't mind me sharing this here!
GaelicFox Posted 11 April 2016 Posted 11 April 2016 Well done buddy Just bid your brother would be very proud
