I’ve found the same with running. To stop it from
happening you need to be doing weights 3/4 times a week but generally that’s not doable if you are running long distances unless you have time/motivation for double sessions.
I was over there and in this one place we were in, some woman was driving at 5 mph down a high street with a card board sign, written on one side was “is he dead yet?” And the other “no? Holy ****”.
Got it done and enjoyed being back plodding down the canal. 7 miles in the bag and glad that it felt like I had more in me which I wasn’t expecting at all.
I don’t think that’s always true, some of the most iconic shirts are as famous for their sponsors and they enhance the design but our sponsor is shit, the logo is shit and the sizing on the latest kit is a joke.
