Squad Standby List Rules?

Right, obviously the squads have to be finalised today, and, due to Roy Hodgson being a monumental bellend, Drinky has missed out. But he is on standby incase of injury. Obviously once the tournament has started, it will be too late to draft in any replacements, but does anyone know when the cut-off point is to replace injured players in the registered squad?

 

I have a feeling Jack Wilshere will get himself injured boarding the plane so all hope is not lost for Danny Drinkwater just yet. or is it??

44.02 - For the final tournament, the list of 23 players must be completed online at least 10  full  days  before  the  opening  match.  Three  of  these  23  players  must  be goalkeepers.  A  signed  copy  of  this  list  must  also  be  sent  to  the  UEFA administration by the same deadline.

44.03 - Should a listed player become seriously injured or ill before his team’s first match in the final tournament, he may only be substituted if a doctor from the UEFA Medical Committee and the team doctor concerned both confirm that the injury or illness is  sufficiently serious to prevent the player from taking part in the final tournament. Subject to the final approval of the UEFA administration, this injured or ill player may be replaced on the list of 23 players registered for participation in the final tournament.
