Foxes Travel, Hull Away

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Does anyone know if you can park at the KP for the day if you are on Foxes Travel?  Also, what is foxes travel like, are there many families, do people drink alcohol ect

I have 2 tickets for this but also have the option to drive. Not made my mind up yet. If anyone needs two tickets for the coach tomorrow let me know, will sell for face value or best offer but buyer will need to pick up from Glen Parva.

Yes you can park. But normally on car park across the road.

It's illegal to drink on coaches. So no you won't be doing that. They will threaten you with being responsible for the coach being turned round and everyone missing out lol

Thanks Bayfox. I was more thinking if it will be full of other people drinking :-)

Is the parking free? It will probably be a better day out going with a group.

Yes it's free to park, but as I say, they normally use the car park on the other side of the road, think it's incase they have functions etc at night before the coaches return home, maybe with an earlier ko you can use the main car park, not sure.

I would be massively surprised if you get anyone drinking on FT, we used to try back in the to smuggle a bit on, normally vodka in a coke bottle!! But most of the more rowdy fans probably travel with Ausden now not FT.

Like I say they used to threaten you with, getting turned back and you being responsible for the whole coach missing the game.

Not just your coach, plod will turn all coaches back and escort you back to leicestershire.

Last season when we were at Stoke, walking by the coaches to get in the ground, I saw the steward open up the storage area under the coach for plod to look in, he then pointed to a blue plastic container, so the steward had to crawl in, pull it out and open it up. It was completely empty. lol

To say they go OTT is an understatement, especially if you or I hired a coach, we could drink on it all the way.

Regards parking, when you arrive if you see cars in the one opposite, that's the car park, if it's empty park round the back of the kop, don't leave it infront of the fan store. For Wembley it was behind the kop.
