Luís Bívar 67), but it's further inland and I can't but recommend watching footie near the Tejo, it's so scenic near the water. The oldest part of the city, the Alfama, is just around the corner. Lots of great bars and restaurants down there - you'll even be able to listen to some original Fado. My favourite part is Belém, though.
