I've tried to post a 7 second video clip but it says its too big ...   I don't know how big it is but wondered if I could reduce it somehow ..   quality perhaps ?    It's on my phone and was airdropped over from someone elses phone ...   with photos I can edit them or change the size so that they can upload ...   but I don't know how to do it with this.

 

Any ideas ...   :)

Not sure how to reduce DB ..  its on a mac and I've tried to compress it ...      doh !!
