I used to have a Yamaha PW50 when I was a little kid got it for Christmas when I was about 6 or 7, but sold it when I got abit older I was planning to get a bigger bike something like a Kawasaki or something because I was entering Trials e.t.c, but then "things" happened involving family and bikes and I never ended up getting another bike and wasn't allowed another bike. But I still have a massive love of Motorbike's/Car's e.t.c and these Mini-Moto's have been around for a while now but i've never really had a good look at them before and never considered buying one, I saw them a Donnington Park a few years ago when I went to see World Superbikes there, but 1 they cost too much to have a go on and the cue was massive. They look good fun I might struggle getting on the bike but am considering buying one the one i've seen is around the £199.00 price range, which I don't thing is too bad, expensive but I was expecting it to be more expensive. Might wait till christmas see if prices lower in special offers, e.t.c. The bike I am looking at but there are others on the net. I would like a replica Ducati 996 but there about £449. Just wondering anyone has got one or been on one and if there any good?!

Rugby Fox Posted 17 October 2005 Posted 17 October 2005 Ive got a 49cc mini moto - been on it in the field earlier. I love it, brought it off my mate for 60 aswell so im quite pleased - it goes 37ishtop speed, but feels very fast as you are so near too the ground!
Matt Posted 17 October 2005 Author Posted 17 October 2005 Found somewhere (Well someone from work told me) where I can get a 49cc for £95 it is the same as I have seen on the internet so I am saving £100! I really do regret selling my PW50, It was small and I would have overgrown it alot by now, but you still see grown men on the in the paddock of race tracks they are real good fun, Thing is as I said earlier I sold my PW50 with the intentions of getting a bigger bike but "things" involing motorcycle accidents happened and I wasn't allowed to get another bike, however now I am older as long as I don't get a road bike I think I could get away with getting a "fun" bike like a Mini-Moto or Dirt Bike. I have been told to get a Midi-Moto as they are slightly (not much but slightly) bigger, I would like a Off-road Scrambler bike but I am looking at more expensive bikes then!
