Selling tickets for Manchester City on Boxing Day and Southampton

I am selling two tickets (adult and under-18) for the Manchester City league game on Boxing Day and two tickets (adult and under-18) for the Southampton game on January 12th. I am unfortunately unable to make it to these matches due to family commitments and am looking to sell them for face value. Both tickets are located in SK4. I still have two adults for sale in B3 for the Man City game - £40 each (same price as the seats above but seats are in West Stand and should cost £50 each).
