Nah, can't go with that suggestion. The melodramatic, high camp absurdity of the song gets it kudos from me.

 

If I thought that it had been intended purely as a pompous, po-faced bit of self-worship, I might have agreed with you....but there's plenty of humour in it, I think.

Have you seen the Bohemian Rhapsody film Alf?

I watched an illegal copy a while back but think it must have been filmed in a cinema as all I could see was a little silhouetto of a man :ph34r:
