I'm after some help if possible, my lad plays Minecraft on his switch. 

 

Noticed the other day on YouTube that someone has built the King Power Stadium and Wembley plus other grounds and buildings. 

 

Is there a way to get these into his game if they're available for download?

Yes there is but the only way I know how is to use a pc. Then you can download the maps you want and put them onto a memory card to put into the switch. Probably some youtube videos around on how to do it.
