The loud booing of the players taking a knee, what is that all about? Whether you agree with the sentiment or not (why wouldn't you?) What sort of message does that send to our players.

 

Couple of bloke's behind me shouting at the top of their lungs calling our players f***ing pri*ks for minutes after kick off for doing it.

 

5 lads in front of me coked up acting absolute w*****s. Thankfully the Police took a few of them away.

Similar experience at the Community Shield game against Man City a couple of years ago. How something like that can drive a person irate is beyond me. So called "fans" channeling more aggression into a harmless 5 second gesture than they do all game

Definitely not..I wish the small minority of fans,will stop putting us on a pedastal,

where we don’t belong..

The club ,whoever the culprits „The club“. threw that all away.

We restart has an EFL championship side..

Accepting who & where we are makes life easier.

Aspirations to do better, belongs in all walks of life,

but pretending to be something one isnt ,

when it’s still a long way off & questionable ,means people can’t accept or see the reality,that there is now some hardwork to be done…

Being 'Premier League standard' matters not a whit unless and until we actually get back into the PL.

 

For now, I just hope and expect that we are Championship standard, and maybe a bit more.
