Yep…. I had a stressy moment on Tuesday as it hadn’t updated from the Swansea game…

I had to turn automatic updates off and then back on and refresh and it came through….  Delayed me for a good 10 mins getting in which cheesed me off

Same here except mine disappeared completely so I had to go round to the ticket office to have it added back on.

This is exactly why we published our article to make fans aware, so hopefully it will minimise the amount of fans having to go to the ticket office  and queues building up at turnstiles while they struggle with the issue.

The club has sent e-mails out later yesterday flagging up the issue & advising what to do, but we are not sure what the circulation list of the e-mails were, hopefully all fans registered with digital tickets for the 2 games at the KPS this weekend

Just to be clear there is nothing wrong with Digital Tickets they work perfectly for most The problem is mostly to do with phone manufacturer updates and the inability of phone users to update their phones immediately when updates are rolled out. The NFT and latest Apple software OS updates work fine. The issue is phones that have not been updated. It currently is only an Apple Issue so the title of this thread is wrong there is nothing wrong with the digital ticket you could have similar issues with theatre, cinema, rail or air tickets.

Well that’s one way of looking at it…. I work with technology for a living and consider myself relatively au fait with how phones work…

I’m on the latest IOS and still had an issue with the auto update failing…

I was able to resolve it as I mentioned above, but only after refreshing it in different ways a few times…

The staff round the ground should be there to support folk with these relatively basic tech issues…. In fairness to LCFC they do mail with tips on how to resolve, although they way I resolved it wasn’t on there list of options…

lesson learned check your wallet well ahead of time…

This process should be simpler than it evidently is

Just to be clear why aren't the club sending out an update? Why have they had to leave it to a fan group?

Well done @foxes_trust for raising.
