Do I need to book my Season Ticket seat for every match?

Forgive my ignorance guys, but trying to figure this out;

 

 We have our season tickets for the first time this year and I am trying to figure out if I need to reserve my seats or can I just turn up on the day?

 

I feel like I need to confirm attendance beforehand, as I can see my seat available to buy right now. And I guess they might try and sell it on it I don’t use it.

 

Also, I have requested a physical card for my son, and I can’t seem to select his seat. I also haven’t yet received his card which is a problem for another day.

 

Am I safe to just turn up on the day without having someone sat in my seat?

If you have actually bought a season ticket then the seat should not be available to buy. This should be blanked out as that’s yours for the season of home games. You do not need to  reserve no. I’d maybe phone the ticket office first thing and if you have that issue then something don’t add up..

The seat number on your season ticket is reserved and is yours and you just turn up on the day and sit in that seat

What game are you looking at? If it’s the Fiorentina game on the 3rd of August then that game is not included with your season ticket purchase, check the Sheffield Wednesday or Birmingham City

Nobody has received a physical card yet, you will know when others start receiving them as there will be posts on here with people confirming they have received one 

 

you say you can’t select his seat, what game are you checking that on? As I’ve already answered above if it’s the Fiorentina game you are checking 

 

If you have checked the other games and it’s available then you will need to contact the club’s ticket office

I was looking at the Birmingham match as we’ll miss the opening day. Might be worth me reselling for that one at least.

Sheffield Wednesday is the opening game, Birmingham second on Friday 29th.. but like you originally said, If your seat is available even though you’ve got a season ticket then ring in the morning
