What are the exact rules about away tickets?

OK I’m being lazy and asking here before trawling through the non user-friendly LCFC website!

I know we’re allowed to transfer 10 season ticket seats per season to friends, but does anyone know what the actual rules are for away tickets?  

I’m a STH with my 2 sons.  Older one is at uni so younger one sometimes takes a friend to home matches using older son’s season ticket.  Are we, technically, allowed to do that for away tickets as well?  
 

Of course we’ve done this in the past already, but I was wondering what the actual rules were.
