Question for Interior Designers / Architects

Hi all,

 

I've got a local Leicester-based creative agency. 
We're working with a flooring specialist to help them better understand their customers' needs / motivations / pain-points, etc. - with the view of then re-branding them and re-designing their campaigns, communications and customer experiences to feel more in-line with what their target audience really wants.

I’m actually in the architecture business. Name is Vanderlay industries, we used to do import/export stuff, but now we just focus on architecture, so if you need any specific advice, don’t hesitate to ask.
