Seeing as Aiyawatt has run the club to its lowest rung, it seems like the people around him need our help. 

 

List how you would turn this club around, with the goal being a return to the Premier League, with requirements of being an upper-middle table team. Capable of a cup run.

Assume selling the club isn’t going to happen.

 

I’ll start with making the men’s team do preseason at Belvoir Drive.

Rudkin has go go with immediate effect, the levels of utter incompetence, really sets the tone of zero accountability for being shit throughout the club. If you can assemble a squad that expensive as  football director and see the men’s team relegated, women’s team relegated and sister club probably relegated or near relegation. There is quite clearly something not working. It’s clearly a failure and he must go. What example does this set? A culture of it’ll be alright, we keep going. I needs an overhaul, complete reset throughout, nothing of that failure can remain

First he needs to get rid of Rudkin. 

Start with a clean slate. 

Then appoint a strong Manager who will command the respect of the players. Not someone who is afraid to upset them. 

Then proven scout who can find talented players. 

Then appoint a Top fitness trainer and Physio. 

Then make sure all signings are tall physically strong as a first requirement even if it means they lack a little ability. 

You must also have natural Goalscorers. Including a strong busling type like Howard or Ulloa. 

All contracts to be performance related with low basics but good bonuses for progression. 

Do that and we'll be back up in the Premiership as quick as is possible. 

That's if he's serious about correcting his mistakes.
