The penultimate run complete, that’s 30 consecutive 5k runs completed and just the last final ever run tomorrow to go now with a little twist 👀

That is 150km racked up so far in this years Prostate United and an amazing £5,300 raised for Prostate Cancer UK. When I started this challenge 4 years ago never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would raise nearly £18,500 for this wonderful cause.

please remember 1 in 8 men will be affected by Prostate cancer in their lifetime and a man dies every 45 minutes as a result of this disease, so please one last push, share, like and if you can spare a few quid please donate by the clicking the link below

one more day to Halloween and at same time I will be running my final ever 5km for Prostate United raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK and tomorrow will be a bit of fun as I want to go out on a high and having a laugh, namely at my own expense 👀😂

4 years, over 625km, 123 runs, will be 124 tomorrow, countless amazing memories, lots of friends who have reached out with their stories of how this disease has impacted their lives and hopefully helped to raise awareness about this disease and got people opening up, having conversations and getting tested.

Then there is the fundraising side of it, over £18,700 raised so far over the 4 years, it’s genuinely blown my the mind the generosity of people. So one last push to see if I can retire on over £20,000. If you wish to donate to this amazing cause then please click the link below

So the final day of Prostate United is here raising money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.

Today is simple, one final 5km run to go, £1,200 more in donations will see me reach my target of £7,000 and smash through the £20,000 over the 4 years of doing the challenge.

So today’s ask, could you spare the cost of a cup of coffee or a pre match pint and donate to this amazing cause. Or if a thousand of you attending today’s game donated a quid each it would almost get me  to my target. please click the link to my just giving page below

Last run today a donation today could save you a lot of anxiety in the future as it will go to develop better detection and better solutions maybe even a cure.
