I am not one to make stories the reason why he is waiting if we get relegated is because he would get the club cheaper

Does anyone know what figure we are talking about from the championship? The single biggest difference would be gates, TV could have had an impact but as we've hardly been on this season it wont. I think they're banking on getting gates between 15K and 20K which is what forest are getting this season - but it's a big IF.
