Yeah probably. I would just like clarification on when his contract expires.

He's got another year and he wants to stay, so end of 2006/07 season. It was mentioned in his interview in the Derby matchday programme, along with him mentioning that his mum died just before he came over from Austrialia

Having said that, he's still got a lot of work to do before he can say he's made it. A positive step for him though.

Just phrased that wrong - wouldn't be off the mark to say that the majority of Leicester fans didn't hold out much hope for him.

I remain unconvinced because I am yet to see him strike a good ball, but he has held it up well recently. I suppose he is on peanuts and a 2 year deal gives us enough time to see if he can develop into a good enough player without locking into a long term deal with a potential flop.
