Teeno Posted 4 April 2006 Posted 4 April 2006 Like I said in that thread 'signed lcfc ball' we need to raise £40,000 so that a 18 months old girl called Charlotte can receive the help she needs to live. She has a rare blood disorder called Diamond blackfan anaemia, and doctors say she is unlikely to live past the age of 5. The only chance of her surviving and living a normal life means that her mother needs to have another child with the exact genetic match as Charlotte. This means a very expensive operation that is not available on the NHS. The girls mum has received the go ahead from the ethics committee and now we need to raise the money for this to happen. On Friday night from around 6.30 there will be a group of us around the stadium collecting money for Charlotte, so if you see us please can you help and donate as much as possible as this is a massive amount of money and we don't have much to time raise it. I know you lot are a loving, giving bunch so please help. And finally anyone that is willing to help would be much appreciated. Cheers Teeno. p.s Can you make this a sticky please
