He's 21/22 I think( have to check up on that) and has already a few Scottish caps under his belt( no great recommendation I hear you say given our nation's current plight) but he is a very assurred performer and gets a few goals from set peices. I know a guy who played with him at Arbroath prior to CL signing him and he used to win young player of the year for 2/3 years on the trot. very good example of CL's scouting abilities. dont know Matt Heath ! this wouldnt be you tongue in cheek trying to off load one of your aged journeymen would it ???

Heath is 22/23 and quite a talent! I think he'd suit scottish football more as he's not quite good enough for the premiership but capable in the league we are in. We've got a 17 year old centre half called Richard Stearman who's just made his debut and he's the business mate. Pairing him and Webster would be excellent then. Is Webster's contract up in the summer?

We're not badly off for central defenders, Hearts have had the best youth policy in Scotland for years and we have a young lad called Christophe Berra whose doubled up with Webster when Presley has been injured. McKenna who has filled in up front for de Vries was signed as a centre half and Kisnorbo is far more comfortable there than midfield so Hearts may feel we are wellcovered if you come calling. What makes you think Heath would be good enough for the Mighty Jambo's if he's not good enough for the Premiership ! ! ! just joking ! !
