Scow Posted 3 November 2004 Posted 3 November 2004 I think the youth team set up is still there - Shirtliff was only the reserve team manager. It would make no sense for Levein to get rid of the youth team management - Levein will find them crucial as to assessing the abilities of youth players at the club.

Ric Flair Posted 4 November 2004 Posted 4 November 2004 Kenny Black will take over Shirtliff's role. The academy chap's are still their Beaghole and Rudkin, I don't think they'll be replaced.
