I think he will initially do a good job for you, but once he settles in and get's the opportunity to buy some players, thats where you'll see his impact. Expect to see your players nervously defending your goal in the last 10 minutes if you're in the lead.

Anyway, I agree with Scowy - Adams will initially do a grand job at Wolves if appointed. It is only in the long term that you will realise just how bad he is, as we found to our cost. Oh, and get used to him talking about himself in the third person.
