Then, a few years ago, he got addicted to heroin, but it's the cars he's really hooked on. He just doesn't understand the words 'don't drive'." Seems like he doesn't understand the words 'Don't eat so much' either... How on Earth can this tosser have been allowed to get away with flouting the law for EIGHTEEN YEARS?
