City Fan Posted 28 November 2004 Author Posted 28 November 2004 If so many people are against it, compared to those for it, why did only 30/40 people stay behind. And don't say because no one knew about it because every viewer of this site knew about it, and there's a lot more than 30 people look at the site. I also heard it mentioned on Radio Leicester a few times, yet there was only 30/40 who stopped behind. It there were more, the board would no doubt reconsider, but because of the dismal turn out yesterday, they will no doubt go through with it.

Just shows how much people care about the club. Couldn't give a shit about the board ruining our club.

Couldn't give a shit about the board ruining our club. 40872[/snapback] We all have our own way of dealing with this I've emailed the club with my views and also completed the Foxes Trust questionnaire, I've no intention of going on any protest sit ins or marches, been there done it and in most cases it doesn't work. Now if you'd have all joined the FT then a big no vote, if that's what the majority turns out to want from a massive fans group might have carried some weight. You will also find that just because a majority of people posting on a particular website say no, (the foxfanzine pole shows 58% for & 46% against out of 108) it doesn't translate into an overall majority. Those that are in favour or don't mind have no need to protest, fill in petitions or shout from the roof tops as they are by definition ok with whatever is being proposed.

When it goes ahead, people who did not try to protest have no right to say anything against it...
