I think the forum software used here doesn't completely remove the user from the records once they're banned - you'd have to delete it yourself, something probably not bothered with. If the user wasn't deleted, their info is still visible on a profile page like that.

I'm sure he'd had a couple of warnings before he was banned anyway, so when your on a yellow card you have to watch your step!
