1) press services on the remote.

2) go to (number 4) system setup

3) go to (number 4) add channels

4) change frequency to 11.681 then move down to 'Find channels' and press select

5) Highlight '51147' and press the yellow button. Then press select.

DONE

to watch go to services and press 6 (other channels) and select 51147.
